![]() You don't have to agree with the message of the game. You don't actually care that you don't get to choose, you're going to play-and slaughter people-anyway, whether it's this game or another one. If you could choose not to kill WITHIN the context of the game, then the game would not have made its point. That's what the game is trying to get across. "We were just following orders," they said. It's about making you do horrific things then judging you for it, You're so accustomed to it that you don't think twice. Shooting people is pretty par for the course in a military shooter.Įxactly. I sat there a bit just thinking about it and what I've done during the whole game. Without giving any spoilers, the ending really hit hard. The moral dilemma is interesting and the choices you can make are definitely a nice add-on, but it's way more confusing than it has to be, in my opinion. While the plot twist at the end and the general story are both great, sometimes you just wanna rush through the boring gameplay to get to the interesting part of the game: the plot.
